R/TV Studio Space

This listing REQUESTS the Radio/TV building studio for assignments, recordings, or any other purpose you may need. Your reservation will not be approved until:

Checkout has received an email response from you detailing what you'll be using the space for,

AND

A Checkout employee has reviewed the schedule and confirmed your request over email.

Requestable = A checkout employee will be working & the studio space can be requested. There is no guarantee any given time will still be available at the time of request.

Class in Session = While Booqable may let you request the space for this time, a class will be in session - and your request will be denied. 

Closed = Checkout will be closed, and no classes are being held. You must coordinate with a professor for after-hours access if you wish to schedule for this time. You will still need to submit a Booqable request.

You will only be able to access this space during the listed hours in the image.  Most of our employees are students, and they must leave for their own classes. It is not their responsibility to work around your schedule. Plan accordingly. You and your equipment will be removed from the studio if a class needs access, no exceptions. Any time outside of these hours must be professor approved and supervised on a case-by-case basis.

It is highly recommended the studio space be reserved multiple days in advance, to confirm availability and allow ample time for communication.
